	ASKC Membership Benefits: Meet other amateur astronomers at monthly club meetings and at numerous star parties. Monthly newsletter published by the ASKC, Cosmic Messenger. Use of Powell Observatory and other club equipment. Discounts on astronomy magazines. Use of club library (books/slides/videos). Membership in the Astronomical League. Quarterly League newsletter, The Reflector. Run for Board member/officer. Contact with members who are knowledgeable about equipment and techniques for observing the night sky.
	How to Join the ASKC Attend one of our public meetings or star parties Fill out the ASKC Membership Application and mail it in Beginners and experienced observers are welcome to join No previous experience or telescope ownership is required
	Annual Dues Family membership: $ 45/year Individual membership: $40/year Membership dues are paid annually, according to the month you join
